Growth Marketing · How it works
From first briefto first booked appointment.
Six stages, each with named outputs. Nothing is spent on advertising until the tracking has been tested end to end.
The 6 stages
What each stage produces.
The decisions, assets and checks behind a campaign, in the order they happen.
- 01
Choose the trade and the offer
One trade, one script, one ad style. A narrow start gives a clean result and a case study worth showing.
What it produces
- Service area and project types
- Written lead definition
- Offer and claims approved by you
- Calendar and booking rules
- 02
Build the plumbing
Everything a lead touches is set up in your name and connected before any creative is produced.
What it produces
- Ad accounts and tracking in your name
- Landing page with consent language
- CRM pipeline and stages
- Call-tracking number
- Text-messaging registration started
- 03
Produce the creative
Images, video and copy for the first campaign, reviewed by a person and approved by you.
What it produces
- First creative package
- Your footage edited, or presenter-style video produced
- Human review of every piece
- Your written approval
- 04
Test, then launch
A test lead goes through the whole chain. Only then does the campaign go live, with agents briefed and ready on day one.
What it produces
- End-to-end test before any spend
- Calling agents briefed on the trade
- Campaign live
- Daily review in the first week
- 05
Run and report
Every lead is called within minutes and followed up. Reporting starts in the second week.
What it produces
- First attempt within minutes
- Follow-up and reminders
- Weekly report from week two
- Monthly review of lead quality
- 06
Extend what works
Once one campaign is producing appointments, add the services around it.
What it produces
- Second campaign or platform
- CRM automation
- SMS reactivation
- Content and social
Order of work
We quote first lead as a number of days after account access and creative approval. Text messaging can go live later than calls, because carrier registration has its own lead time.

Your side
What we need from your side.
A campaign is only as fast as the access behind it, and only as good as the follow-through after the appointment is booked.
- 01Ad accounts in your name, with access granted to us
- 02Business details for text-messaging registration
- 03A calendar we can book into
- 04Brand rules and the claims you can stand behind
- 05Someone who attends the booked appointments promptly
- 06Feedback on which leads became jobs
Questions
What people ask first.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do. Ad accounts, tracking, phone numbers, domain and lead data are set up in your name, and we work through access you grant. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.
How fast is the first call?
The standard is a first attempt within minutes of the form being submitted, during the hours your campaign runs. Leads that arrive overnight get an immediate text reply and a call in the first permitted calling window.
What makes a lead qualified?
The definition is agreed in writing before launch: inside your service area, a real project of a type you take, and reachable. It comes with an acceptance window and a return policy, so there is a fair way to handle the ones that are not.
Do you use automated dialing or AI voice to call leads?
First attempts are placed by people. Automation handles text replies, reminders and routing. Any change to that is reviewed for compliance first.
Can we start with the calling only?
Yes. Lead Calling works on leads from campaigns you already run, and it is often where clients begin.
Which trades do you work with?
Home services first, including roofing, HVAC and remodeling, and local service businesses with a similar path from enquiry to appointment. We launch one trade at a time.
Show us where your leads go cold.
Tell us your trade, your service area and what happens to a lead today. We will map the response chain and outline a fixed-scope trial.
